Q: Are there any precautions in the HYDRO MASSAGE treatment?
A: None at this time however if you are currently under any doctors care, chiropractic or physical therapy it is wise to have a signed release to get the treatment so it will not cause issue with your treatment plan.
Q: What is the longest treatment per session?
A: Typically 45 Minutes is the best limit maximum, otherwise you may experience soreness the next day.
Q: Are there any post treatment instructions or requirements?
A: The most important post treatment instruction is plenty of water after your treatment, the HYDRO massage will push your bodies lymphatic system to drain of toxins, at least 2 liters of water post is best. Another great tip is to get 1 liter of water in 30-45 minutes before your treatment this will relax muscles as well.
Q: What is the massage table temperature set at?
A: The system has a constant pre programmed 95 degree temperature that allows safe total relaxation of muscle tissue.
Q: Is the water pressure constant?
A: No, the water pressure can be adjusted, Our Staff will instruct you on how as well as how to adjust for target areas and a more customized massage.
